Once you submit your request through the form above, our team will review your specs and follow up with any questions. When everything’s confirmed, we’ll start the build and keep you updated throughout.
What options can I customise?
You can customise nearly everything — wood types, pickups, neck profile, hardware, finishes, and more. If you’re not sure, we’ll guide you based on your style and sound.
How long will it take?
Standard build time is around 6–12 weeks depending on complexity and workshop schedule. We’ll give you a better ETA once your specs are locked.
How much does it cost?
Prices vary depending on features. Once we review your request, we’ll give you a detailed, no-obligation quote before starting anything.
Do I need to pay upfront?
We typically ask for a 50% deposit to begin work. The balance is due once your instrument is ready to ship.
Can I visit the shop or try before I buy?
Our builds are made to order, not off-the-shelf — but if you're local or visiting, drop us a message and we’ll try to arrange something.
What if I change my mind?
Because each build is 100% custom, all sales are final once the deposit is placed. We’ll make sure everything is crystal clear before we start.
